Personal Business Flats
starting at 1220 €/month
If you are in need of a small appartment this is the place to be. Service housing provides small luxury appartments with availability of all accomodations. Prices include:
- Broadband internet
- TV
- Private bathroom/ kitchen
- furnitured rental
- Gas/water/electricity
- No extra costs.
- Possibility of providing extra services (Not included, prices depending on demands)
- Car rentals
- Airport/bus/train station services
- Cleaning services

Policy
We accept cash payments or bank transfers. Payments via visa are also possible if the client requests.
Guarantee; we ask a guarantee before entering the building for the total amount of € 1000 for assurance of our appliances and equipment. For short term stays (maximum 4 months), the guarantee amounts €500.
The payment of the rental period must be paid before the start of each period.
After your stay, the guarantee will be wired back to your indicated account number if there is no damage to our equipment other than normal usage.
